AMY CLARKE - I was born and raised in Arcadia California. My family has always been in the real estate business. My grandmother owned her own brokerage so I was given the opportunity to help her and learn as much as possible. My father was a real estate appraiser for over 30 years. He would take me with him while he worked and I enjoyed working with him. After high school I acquired my appraiser’s license. After a few years. I took a little time off from appraising and started a doggie day care and a courier business. The businesses were very successful but when I moved to Orange County , I knew it was time to sell them. I opened a finance company in Lake Forest but I really missed working in real estate. I decided to get my license in sales and become a Realtor. I sold the finance business and worked for Coldwell Banker full time from then on. I was awarded the #1 new agent with Coldwell Banker my first year. Since then, I have built a very successful career and have gone beyond my personal goals. In my free time I volunteer with animal rescue groups and shelters. I have been a volunteer for over 15 years. I am an animal lover and like to help with the fostering and adoption of homeless animals. My other passion is motorcycles. I have been riding for over 20 years and have learned so much from people I meet. It’s a fun and exciting hobby. I race at the local tracks to further my riding knowledge. Real Estate sales is the perfect fit for me. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them with one of the biggest decisions they will make. It is rewarding to be part of that time in their lives.
